Layham's parish church, St. Andrew’s, is one of the three churches in the Hadleigh Benefice. The building, situated in Lower Layham, is late 13th Century or early 14th Century. The most striking feature is the red brick west tower dating from 1742. Inside, the 13th Century hexagonal Purbeck marble font and the Victorian oak benches are of note. Other details are in the church guide available inside the church.
